Quantum Growth
Quantum Growth was founded to engage in the acquisition, development and management of multiple quality businesses in different industries.
We bring a high level of management and transactional abilities to the table with over 190 years of business acumen and counting.
We believe in active management, data-driven research, and thorough due-diligence, via a top-down to bottom-up approach. The team adheres to an established and rigorous investment process to determine the sustainability of new investments and to monitor existing ones.
Investment Process:
Though our strategy is top secret, our investment process is very simple. We use AI technology to work backwards and find opportunities in the marketplace. Our team comes up with ideas, the numbers are then validated, and investigated afterward. We follow this basic investment credo:
“Investigate before you invest.” We go all in on opportunities that will be future market leaders within five to ten years, while generating cash in the short term.

Investment strategy:
Our portfolios incorporate multiple strategies. When combined, these strategies deliver a broad diversification designed to help mitigate risk. There’s little consideration of what everyone else is doing, or what is industry standard. Our focus is the smartest, fastest, and least risky way to go from point A to point B.
Our trading decisions are based upon proprietary models, designed to detect or exploit medium to long-term price changes. However, our bread and butter are roll ups; we acquire companies in fragmented industries, with no market leader, and take them public - all while going long on our positions. We’re able to average much higher returns (by rolling up companies on a small scale) instead of buying already built up companies, like most do. The mitigated risk enables us to grow exponentially at the ground level, while holding a major long-term position long term. This gives us control of those companies and the power to override any of the CEO's decisions. Doing so allows us to spend our time identifying more opportunities.
Corporate Culture:
Since inception, we’ve been distinguished by our ability to attract exceptional talent in every aspect of our business.
Instead of hiring a lot of people with a narrow specialty, Evergreen Group typically hires generalists who have specific knowledge in two are three distinct areas. This approach allows us to compensate more to fewer managers and make decisions faster, with less errors. For this reason, we have older than average hiring ages, with much lower turnover.
Hiring Process:
Evergreen Group Investments has a rigorous screening process based on the applicants’ past performance and skills we need. From there, we proceed to a fifteen-minute phone interview, followed by a thirty-minute face to face meeting. Afterwards, our board reviews the profile and the candidate is voted on.
Compensation:
Our compensation philosophy is simple: The more you pay people, the better talent you get, and the less often they leave to work for competitors.
In fact, due to the uniqueness of our business model, our competitors can’t pay as much as us even if they wanted to.
We offer huge short-term cash incentives and long-term stock options with no salary. This structure attracts experienced and motivated self-starters; the companies, then, get built much faster, with less risk, and with a focus on long term viability.
Furthermore, employee turnover is lower than average. We also have long-term incentives allocated liberally for directors and mangers, all the way down to the lowest level employees in our subsidiaries and strategic partners.
Compensating more allows us launch more higher-valued companies, ultimately benefitting our investors.
Asset and Strategy Allocation:
Our structured multi-manager strategy offers a high absolute return potential, complements traditional asset classes, and improves portfolio risk/return optimization. The team uses a strategic “top-down” approach and a tactical “bottom-up” analysis, to determine optimal asset allocation. Additionally, the proposed allocations must then be approved by the six senior-level members who compromise the Asset and Strategic Allocation Committee.
Risk Management:
As an integral part of the Evergreen Group culture, we strongly believe that risk must be managed proactively, instead of reactively. We carefully track various risk factors for each strategy and fund. The hedge team constantly monitors ongoing risk, adheres to management procedures, and both qualitative and quantitative data. Through diligent, thorough, and consistent analysis of statistics, the team ensures quality and relative safety. This process is repeated using our proprietary AI technology to independently validate our findings. The AI identifies potential risks, bottlenecks, and problems that we create our structure around.
